Hillary brings her years of experience to assist clients with the needs of their families and businesses. She provides clear advice and expert help that provide peace of mind.
Clients and Experience
Hillary serves as General Counsel the Lawrenceville Housing Authority and the Newton County Water & Sewerage Authority. She serves as Associate Judge in the Newton County Juvenile Court. Additionally, she has served as Special Master, Administrator, and Guardian ad Litem in various matters as appointed by the Courts.
Community and family
Originally from Statesboro, Georgia, Hillary graduated summa cum laude from Agnes Scott College with a B.A. in history and earned her J.D. from Georgia State University. Her passions are her family and traveling. When not traveling, she lives in Covington with her daughter and husband, an educator in the Newton County School System.
Hillary is invested in Covington and Newton County. She has served as Chair of the Covington/Newton County Chamber of Commerce and President of the Kiwanis Club of Covington. She currently serves on the boards of the Newton Education Foundation and Longleaf Foundation. She was a proud member of the Leadership Georgia Class of 2017 and Program Chair in 2022.
