Planning for your family's future can be a daunting task, but it is one that you don't want to leave to the state.  We work closely with our clients to listen to their needs and their goals and plans to draft an estate plan that works best.  Many time this planning includes simple or complex Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Advanced Healthcare Directives.

When a person dies, sometimes their family and friends need help to figure out what to do next.  Whether testate (with a will) or intestate (without a will), we assist administrators and executors through the Probate Court process, including litigation when necessary.  We work with the client to find the right next step in the Court process, including Year's Support, will contests, and Guardianship and Conservatorship.
